SAMPLE AGREEMENT

This Hosting Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into as of the __________ day of ____________, 2005, by and between ___________________ (“Host”) and __________________ (“Guests”) for temporary housing at ______________________________ (“Home”).

In consideration for Host providing temporary housing to Guest(s), Guest agrees to be legally bound by the terms set forth below:

1) Host has the right to determine the Guests' length of stay in Home.

2) Host is only obligated to provide shelter to Guests and any additional services provided to Guests is purely voluntary in nature;

3) Guests agree that upon Host's request that Guests vacate Home, for any reason, Guests shall voluntarily comply with this request without disruption or interference.

4) Guests agree to leave within a reasonable time as determined by Host.

5) Guests agree that upon vacating Home, all of Host's obligations shall unconditionally cease at such time.

6) Upon vacating Home, Guests agree to leave Home in the same or similar condition as when Guests first occupied Home on the date of this Agreement.

7) Guest hereby releases Host and its agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, costs and losses of every kind or nature, known or unknown, which Guest has or might have in connection with this temporary housing.
